Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Banana Oatmeal Pancakes our one of our favorite breakfast and it's so simple and healthy. I use the bananas that are going bad because they tend to be sweeter. No food goes to waste is a goal. The recipe below will make 3 average size pancakes. Enjoy!
2 Bananas
1 Egg
2/4 cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats
1/4 cup King Arthur Gluten Free flour
1 teaspoon of Vanilla ( I prefer Niesen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract)
We like to top them off with honey, butter or almond butter.
